Welcome to SeekWall. By downloading, accessing, or using the SeekWall Android application ("App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. App Usage and Content

SeekWall provides a curated gallery of wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use on your devices.

• You may download and apply wallpapers from the App strictly for your own personal use as device backgrounds.
• You may not redistribute, sell, or repackage the wallpapers found within the App.
• We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove content (wallpapers, categories) without prior notice.

2. Solana Blockchain Integration & Tipping

The App integrates with the Solana blockchain via the Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) to allow you to send voluntary tips to the developer.

• Voluntary Nature: All tips are completely voluntary. The App is free to use, and core functionality is not restricted behind a paywall.
• No Refunds: Due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions, all SOL tips sent to the developer are final and non-refundable. Please verify the amount before confirming the transaction in your wallet.
• Third-Party Wallets: SeekWall does not hold your funds. Tipping is facilitated through third-party wallet applications (e.g., Phantom, Solflare). Your use of those wallets is governed by their respective Terms of Service.
• Compliance: By using the tipping feature, you agree that you are complying with all local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency usage in your jurisdiction.

3. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

In no event shall SeekWall, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to device performance issues or blockchain transaction errors.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
